轮胎胎侧花纹平面刀位轨迹规划算法的研究
Study on Plane Tool-path Planning Algorithm for Tire Sidewall Patterns
【摘要】 针对青岛某轮胎模具生产企业的CAM需求,研究轮胎胎侧花纹平面刀位轨迹规划算法。复杂轮廓平面岛屿的加工,不论采用何种方式加工,都必须规定内、外允差;而平面刀位轨迹规划过程中,存在离散化(折线化)的过程,离散的点数和离散规则决定了加工质量,即是否满足允差。因此,针对不同的线型,提出了相应的折线化处理算法。
【Abstract】 To meet CAM request of a tire mold manufacturing enterprises in Qingdao,the plane tool-path planning algorithms for tire sidewall patterns were studied.Regardless of which ways are used to process complex contour plane islands,it must be provided inside and outside tolerances.In the process of plane tool-path planning,there exists discrete process and discrete points and discrete decision decide processing quality,namely whether the tolerance is met.Therefore according to different line,corresponding algorithms were put forward.
