【摘要】 针对目前很多汽车刹车盘制造企业仍然采用人工检测而影响产品质量和效率这一实际问题,研制了以计算机控制技术为核心的刹车盘自动检测设备。该设备能够快速、准确地实现对刹车盘主要技术指标的检测,并且操作简便,结果显示直观,智能化程度高,对改变企业检测设备落后的现状,提升产品质量和检测效率具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at this practical problem at present,many automobile brake discs were detected through the manual method which affected product quality and efficiency,the auto-detection instrument with computer control technology as the core was developed.Fast and precise detection of major technical indicators of brake discs could be realized by this instrument,furthermore,it had simple operation,direct video display of results and high intelligent degree.It has important significance to change the backward present situation of detection equipment of enterprises,and improve product quality and detection efficiency.更多还原
