重构自由曲面的特性评估与修正方法

【摘要】 以反映实物曲面特性的点云数据为评估依据,对重构的自由曲面从表面形状特性和曲面精度两个方面进行评估。对表面形状不光顺现象,采用局部修改坏点的方法提高曲面的表面形状特性;对曲面精度不满足要求的情况,采用修正单个控制点的方法来提高曲面精度,最终改善整个重构曲面的综合特性。该方法为重构曲面的特性评估和修正提供了切实有效的途径。

【Abstract】 By the evaluation basis of point-cloud data reflecting the physical characteristics of free-form surface,reconstructed free-form surface was evaluated from the two aspects:the surface shape feature and the surface accuracy.To the phenomenon of surface unfairing,the method of locally modifying dead points was adopted to improve the surface shape feature.To the surface accuracy not meeting requirements,the method of modifying single control point was adopted to improve the surface accuracy.As a result,the overall characteristics of the reconstructed free-form surface are improved.The method provides a practical and effective way for evaluating and correcting the characteristics of reconstructed free-form surface.
