电液比例伺服控制容积调速系统仿真研究

【摘要】 分析电液比例伺服阀的特点及电液比例伺服阀控变量泵容积调速的原理。利用AMESim软件,建立比例伺服阀控变量泵容积调速系统的仿真模型。利用该模型对系统的性能进行仿真研究,结果表明:该调速系统具有很好的速度跟踪特性、较小的速度超调量、较高的速度控制精度以及较好的系统工作稳定性。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve and volumetric speed control principle of electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve controlled variable displacement pump were discussed.The simulation model of electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve controlled variable displacement pump volume speed-modulating system was established by AMESim software.The system performance was simulated by adopting the simulation model.The results show that this speed control system has good speed tracking characteristic,smaller speed overshoot,higher speed control accuracy and better working stability.
