合金钢管材液压成形试验机合模机构液压系统的设计与仿真研究
Design and Simulation of Hydraulic System of Die Structure of Alloy-steel Tube Hydroforming Testing Machines
【摘要】 针对高强度合金钢管材液压成形试验机合模需求,设计了双作用四缸外挂及四立柱缸浮动的合模锁模结构及其液压系统。基于AMESim软件,建立了合模结构液压系统的仿真模型,并对该模型进行了仿真分析。结果表明:该系统能很好地满足四缸同步的实际需求,为液压系统的参数优化及控制系统的设计提供了参考。
【Abstract】 By externally hanging four double-acting cylinders and making four-column cylinders float,the locked mode structure for die structure of high strength alloy-steel tube forming testing machines was designed.Based on it,the relevant hydraulic circuit was established.With AMESim,simulation model for the hydraulic circuit of die structure was established and simulated.The simulation results show that the hydraulic circuit system meets the need of four cylinders synchronizing,which lays a good basis for relevant parameter optimization of hydraulic circuit system and control system design.
