射流管式伺服阀前置级建模与仿真
Modeling and Simulation for Prestage of Jet-pipe Hydraulic Servo-valve
【摘要】 利用Fluent软件进行射流管式伺服阀前置级的三维流场分析,获得射流管在不同偏转角度、不同入口压力、不同回油压力时的恢复压力;在Matlab中进行多元线性回归,拟合出恢复压力函数关系式;并在AMESet中建立前置级模型,将其导入AMESim中进行仿真测试,仿真结果与理论基本吻合。
【Abstract】 The three-dimensional flow field analysis for prestage of jet-pipe hydraulic servo-valve was carried on based on Fluent software.Recovery pressures at different conditions were obtained.Pressure functions were fitted by using multiple linear regression in Matlab.Component model of prestage of the servo-valve was created in AMESet,then it was imported into AMESim and simulation was made.The simulation results and the theory ones are basically the same.
