车身覆盖件数控滚压包边技术与工艺研究
Research on a Numerical Control Roll-hemming Process and Experiment Equipment
【摘要】 开发一种车身覆盖件内外板包边的数控滚压系统,目的在于简化传统车身覆盖件包边工艺与模具设计,提高包边效率,降低包边成本。根据不同车身覆盖件的形状,配套相应的包边胎模,通过数控编程,可对不同的车身覆盖件内外板进行包边,提高了包边设备的自动化和包边工艺的柔性化程度。
【Abstract】 To simplify the traditional hemming process and mold design for the auto-body cover,improve the hemming efficiency and reduce the cost,a numerical control(NC) rolling system for hemming inner-sheets and out-sheets of an auto-body cover was researched.Through designing hemming molds and programming hemming paths for different cover contours,this system can be used to hem the covers for many different auto-bodies.Thus,automation level of the hemming machine and flexible degree of the hemming process are improved.
