液压系统的能量损失与节能对比分析

【摘要】 在分析液压系统能量损失的基础上,建立了系统的能量损失表达式。以单执行元件的液压系统为研究对象,绘制了系统图谱,包括1个非节能的系统(No Energy Saving,NES)和14个采取了不同节能措施的系统(Energy Saving,ES)。在工作参数相同的条件下,计算了NES和ES系统在待命、工作(快进、工进、保压)和快退时的功率损失。分析对比说明:就液压系统本身而言,14个ES系统比NES系统相对减少功率损失为28.6%~99.04%。讨论了液压节能系统ES在工程应用中的相关问题。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the energy loss in the hydraulic system,energy loss expression of system was established.Taking single actuator system as research object,the system atlas was drawn,including a non energy-saving system(NES) and fourteen systems which had been taken various energy-saving measures(ES).Under the conditions of same operating parameters,the power losses were calculated when the NES and ES systems were in standby state,working state(rapid feed,working feed,pressure-keeping) and rapid return state.The analysis and comparison shows that fourteen ES systems can reduce power loss to 28.6%~99.04% than NES system.Finally the related problems about hydraulic energy-saving systems in engineering application were discussed.
