预应力技术在地铁车站混凝土车站顶板抗裂防渗中的应用研究
Experimental study on pre-stressed anti-crack and waterproof technique of concrete structure roof in subway stations
【摘要】 为了使地铁车站混凝土结构顶板在短期最不利荷载作用下可能产生的裂缝在卸载后闭合,采用施加预应力的方法,使混凝土结构在正常使用工况下保持裂缝闭合,使地铁车站运营期间绝大部分时间无渗漏。通过分析得出车站顶板预应力设计方案。以上海地铁某车站为实例,设计了施加预应力的方案。通过测量预应力施加前后混凝土的裂缝宽度、混凝土应变发现,提出的预应力方案能够有效地保证地铁车站顶板在正常使用中不产生渗漏。
【Abstract】 The concrete structures roof in the subway station possibly crack under the short-time unfavorable load.In order to make the cranny close when it unload and ensure no leakage in subway station during most operation time,the pre-stressed anti-crack and waterproof technique was used.This technique was applied to a part of Shanghai subway stations,and the width of crack and concrete strain were monitored.The results show that there is no leakage under normal condition by applying this technique.
