【摘要】 目的在上海市静安区人群的健康研究中首次引入伤残调整寿命年(disability adjusted life year,DA-LY)指标,对静安区疾病负担进行综合性测量,确定区域主要卫生问题。方法以DALY为疾病负担测量单位,采用直接法计算早逝寿命损失年(years of life lost,YLL),采用间接法计算失能寿命损失年(years lost due to disability,YLD)。结果在静安区疾病负担中非传染性疾病占比重最大。循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、神经精神类疾病位于静安区疾病负担的前3位。结论静安区居民健康水平较高,传染性疾病、损伤和中毒控制在较低水平,但非传染性疾病疾病负担很高,居前3位的循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、神经精神类疾病应作为今后防控工作的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce disability adjusted life year(DALY) into health study of Jing’an people,measure comprehensively the burden of disease(BOD) in Jing’an District,so as to ascertain the main health problems.Methods DALY was used as a measurement.Years of life lost(YLL) was estimated by formula and years lost due to disability(YLD) was estimated by indirect way.Results Noncommunicable diseases accounted the largest proportion in Jing’an BOD.Cardiovascular diseases,malignant neoplasms,neuropsychiatric conditions were the first three-position.Conclusions Health level in resident of Jing’an District is higher,BOD of communicable,maternal,perinatal and nutritional conditions and injuries is lower,but BDO of noncommunicable diseases is very high,cardiovascular diseases,malignant neoplasms and neuropsychiatric conditions is the emphasis of prevention and control in the future.更多还原
