【摘要】 在催化裂化液化气脱硫工业装置上,以N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为主体溶剂,在其中加入质量分数约为20%的UDS脱硫剂,考察了后者对液化气中硫化物的脱除效果。结果表明,脱硫装置运行平稳,脱后液化气中硫化氢含量为0.23 mg/m3,总硫含量为77.13 mg/m3,总有机硫脱除率在60%左右。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sulfide in liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) was removed with methyl diethanol amine as main solvent and by adding about 20% mass fraction of UDS desulfurization solvent in a catalytic cracking LPG desulfurization unit,and the desulfurization effect of UDS was investigated.The results showed that the industrial unit could be smoothly operated.The contents of hydrogen sulfide and total sulfur in treated LPG were 0.23mg/m3 and 77.13mg/m3 respectively,the removal rate of total organic sulfur was about 60%.更多还原
