CuO改性SBA-15介孔分子筛催化氧化苯甲醇制苯甲醛
Catalytic oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde with CuO-SBA-15 molecular sieve catalyst
【摘要】 采用浸渍法制备了CuO负载质量分数为12%的CuO-SBA-15分子筛催化剂,并将其用于催化氧化苯甲醇制苯甲醛中。结果表明,以质量分数为30%的双氧水为氧化剂,在反应温度为80℃,反应时间为7 h的条件下,苯甲醛选择性为89.0%,苯甲醇转化率为58.4%。催化剂重复使用2次后,催化性能变化不大。
【Abstract】 CuO-SBA-15 molecular sieve catalyst containing mass fraction 12% of CuO was prepared by impregnation method,and the catalyst was used to catalytic oxidized benzyl alcohol to prepare benzaldehyde with aqueous hydrogen peroxide(mass fraction 30%)as oxidizer.The results showed that the conversion of benzyl alcohol and the selectivity of benzaldehyde reached 58.4% and 89.0% respectively at 80℃ for 7h.After using for 2 times,the catalytic activity had no obvious change.
