钢包喂钙丝技术的现状及发展趋势

【摘要】 介绍了钢包钙处理的作用及效果,分析了国外和国内钢包喂钙丝技术的现状。研究发现:国外钢包喂钙丝技术经历了表面喂丝和钢液内部喂丝两个阶段,其中内部喂丝出现了第1代和第2代喂丝技术;第2代喂丝的钙收得率显著高于表面喂丝;国内仍处于表面喂丝阶段。建议国内应另辟路径,着眼于开发将气道与丝道分开、合理组织气体流动使钢液旋流的新型喂丝枪。

【Abstract】 The action and effect of calcium treatment in ladle are introduced.Present status of foreign and domestic techniques on Ca-cored wire feeding in ladle was analyzed.The results show that there are surface feeding stage and inner feeding stage abroad,and the first and second generation apparatus were explored in the latter stage.The calcium recovery of the second-generation wire feeding is significantly higher than the surface of the wire feeding.China is still in the surface feeding stage.It is suggested that China should focus on the new wire-feeding lance,in which the inert gas orifice from the wire orifice can be divided and the molten steel can be revolved by the inert gas.
