【摘要】 目的观察紫外线照射充氧血液回输疗法(Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation,UBI)对慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的治疗效果。方法治疗组50例采用UBI疗法加常规疗法。对照组50例只采用常规疗法。结果治疗组的临床症状改善明显,住院天数、抗生素使用天数较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论 UBI疗法对慢性慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期病人治疗效果明显,可作为其很好的辅助疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of ultraviolet blood irradiation (UBI) with chronic obstuctive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation (AECOPD). Methods The control group (n=50) were treated with conventional therapy of western medicine.The intervention group (n=50) were treated with UBI in addition to conventional therapy. Results The clinical symptom had the change for the better in two groups, days in hospital and antibiotic use significantly less than the control group days. Conclusion UBI has good clinical value in the chronic obstuctive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation.更多还原
