【摘要】 小儿急性阑尾炎是最常见的急腹症之一,且起病较急,病势也较成人严重。目前由于引起小儿急性阑尾炎的原因不明确,诊断存在一定困难。从而延误病情,导致阑尾穿孔、腹膜炎等诸多并发症,给患儿带来痛苦,增加其心里负担。该研究通过分析急性阑尾炎的临床表现,确诊患者进行腔镜手术或保守治疗,以期防止感染及并发症,提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 In pediatric acute appendicitis is the most common acute abdomen and one,and more acute onset,severe illness than adult.The cause of acute appendicitis in children ’s cause is not clear,diagnostic difficulties.In order not to delay treatment,resulting in appendiceal perforation,peritonitis and many other complications,for children with pain,increase heart burden.In this paper,through the analysis of the clinical presentation of acute appendicitis diagnosed patients,endoscopic operation or conservative treatment,in order to prevent infection and complications,improve the cure rate.更多还原
