【摘要】 目的探讨游离皮瓣修复口腔组织缺损患者的护理经验和方法。方法对13例患者加强术前心理护理、口腔护理,保护供瓣区,进行适应性训练,术后给予正确体位,预防皮瓣感染及痉挛,给予营养支持,指导出院事项,重点加强游离皮瓣的观察及危象处理。结果该组皮瓣完全成活率92.3%(12/13),部分成活率7.7%(1/13);总成活率100%。结论积极有效的围术期护理是其手术成功的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Explore methods and accumulate experiences to care the patients underdoing reconstruction of oral tissue defects with free flaps.Methods 13 cases underwent psychological nursing and oral nursing,protecting provide site,adaptive training before operation.And giving corret position and nutrition support,guarding against flap infection and spasm,with emphasis on observing the flaps and nursing vascular crisis after operation.Gaven special instruction when leaving hospital.Results Of the group,the completely survival rate of the flaps was 92.3%(12/13),the partial survival rate was 7.7%(1/13),and the total survival rate was 100%.Conclusion Active and effective perioperative nursing care was guarantee of success of operation.更多还原
