【摘要】 目的探讨拔尿管时将输尿管内支架管带出的原因和预防方法。方法回顾分析我院2000年1月—2011年12月共3018例输尿管内放置内支架管的病例资料,总结拔尿管时将输尿管内支架管带出的原因和预防方法。结果 3018例放置输尿管内支架管的病人中,女病人占1052例,其中有13例患者出现拔尿管时将输尿管内支架管带出,11例为女性患者、发生率1.04%,男病人发生2例,发生率为0.1%,11例为2005年前手术的病人、占85%,2例为2005年后手术的病人、占15%。结论术中置管不确切、术后过度活动,拔尿管时气囊未完全抽空等,是拔尿管时将输尿管内支架管带出的主要原因;置管时注意方法、技巧,置管后护理得当,拔尿管时注意方法等措施能有效预防拔尿管时将输尿管内支架管带出的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pull catheter ureteral stent tube will bring out the causes and methods of prevention.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2000 January to 2011 December a total of 3018 patients with ureteral stent tube case information,summarize the pull catheter ureteral stent tube will bring out the causes and methods of prevention.Results 3018 cases of ureteral stent tube placement in a patient,female patients accounted for 1052 cases,including 13 cases of patients with the pull catheter ureteral stent tube will be brought out,in 11 cases of female patients,the occurrence rate of 1.04%,male patients occurred in 2 cases,the incidence was 0.1%,11 cases of patients before operation in 2005 in 2 cases,accounting for 85%,to 2005,15% patients after operation.Conclusion Intraoperative catheterization is not exact,postoperative overactive,pulling out the catheter balloon is not completely evacuated,is pulling out the catheter when the ureteral stent tube to bring out the main reason;catheter attention to methods,skills,tube care properly,pay attention to methods of pulling out the catheter measures can prevent the pull catheter will ureteral stent tube with a place.更多还原
