【摘要】 目的探讨异位妊娠大出血的腹腔镜手术治疗的临床疗效观察。方法选取2006年10月-2011年10月期间采用腹腔镜手术治疗的异位妊娠大出血患者61例作为观察组,以及选取同期采用传统开腹手术治疗异位妊娠大出血患者42例作为对照组。结果 2组患者均顺利完成手术,均得到临床治愈;但观察组在手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间较之对照组短,发热率较之对照组低,伤口愈合不良例数较之对照组少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用腹腔镜处理异位妊娠大出血时在具备一定条件的前提下让熟练掌握腹腔镜操作技巧医护人员以及麻醉科医生的全力配合下进行,腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠大出血疗效显著,具有创伤小、手术时间短、视野清晰、恢复快速且切口小而美观等优点,值得临床推广。更多还原
