【摘要】 目的研究口腔修复膜在牙周手术中的再生效果。方法对牙周患者进行术前检查及牙周基础治疗,选择合适规格适宜的口腔修复膜,根据创面形状和大小,将口腔修复膜修剪至合适大小放在植骨区域,3个月后重新切开粘膜,对牙周新生的骨组织进行测量评估,测量唇侧牙槽种植体骨的厚度,评价成骨的再生情况,计算成骨厚度。结果种植体唇侧形成的成骨良好,种植体与骨组织成功结合,种植体未发生脱落以及生物膜暴露情况,口腔修复膜顺利完成种植义齿修复。结论口腔修复膜在牙周手术中安全、无免疫排斥反应,促进种植体周围骨形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The main purpose of this research is the study of oral biofilm in periodontal operation of regenerative effect. Methods On periodontal patients with preoperative examination and periodontal treatment, select the appropriate specifications for oral cavity repair membrane, according to the shape and size of the wound, oral biofilm trimmed to size on bone graft area, three months after the new incision mucous, on periodontal new bone tissue were measured to assess, and measurement the labial alveolar implant bone thickness, evaluation of bone regeneration, bone thickness calculation. Rresults The implant labial formed into bone, implant and bone tissue formation in the ideal combination of bone, implant loads before falling off and biological membrane exposure, oral biofilm were successfully completed and implant denture.Conclusion Oral in repairing periodontal operation safety, no immune rejection, rose to promote bone formation around implant role.更多还原
