颈前路减压植骨融合内固定治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病的疗效分析

【摘要】 目的探讨颈前路减压植骨融合内固定治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病的疗效。方法将我院2005年8月～2010年8月收治并采用颈前路连续2或3节段经椎间隙减压、钛网植骨、钛板螺钉内固定术治疗的56例多节段脊髓型颈椎病患者分为治疗组29例,对照组27例,其中,治疗组使用颈前路减压植骨融合内固定治疗,对照组使用常规治疗,分别对两组治疗过程进行监测及记录并进行对比分析。结果经过8个月的治疗,两组患者病情均有不同程度的改善,治疗组29例,改善率为92.89%,对照组27例,改善率为76.12%,治疗组比对照组具有更高的改善率,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对多节段脊髓型颈椎病而言,颈前路减压植骨融合内固定治疗是一种比较理想治疗手段,在今后的治疗中,可以优先考虑使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anterior decompression and fusion with segmental fixation for cervical spondylotic myelopathy results.Methods 93 patients admitted to hospital than patients with cervical spinal cord segments were divided into treatment group,57 patients in the control group of 29 patients treated with anterior cervical decompression and fusion with internal fixation,the control group with conventional treatment,the two groups were monitored and recorded during treatment and were analyzed.Results After 8 months of treatment,two groups have different levels of the patient’s condition improved,treatment group 48 cases,improvement rate of 92.89% in the control group of 24 patients,improvement rate was 76.12%,the treatment group have higher than normal group to improve rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion of the multi-segmental cervical myelopathy,the anterior cervical decompression and fusion with internal fixation is an ideal treatment,treatment in the future,you can give priority to use.更多还原
