【摘要】 目的观察正痹关节片联合甲氨喋呤(MTX)治疗活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效及安全性。方法48例活动期RA患者按照2∶1比例随机分为两组:治疗组(正痹关节片联合MTX)32例;对照组(正痹关节片模拟剂联合MTX)16例,疗程均为12周。观察临床疗效以及患者治疗前后症状、体征及实验室指标改善情况。结果治疗12周后,治疗组晨僵时间、压痛关节数、肿胀关节数、RF和ESR的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4、8、12周时,治疗组的总有效率分别为82.1%、89.3%、92.9%,高于对照组的53.8%、61.5%、84.6%,两组间疗效差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),两组均无严重不良反应。结论正痹关节片联合MTX治疗活动期RA起效快,不良反应少,疗效优于单独使用MTX。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Zhengbiguanjie tablet combined with Methotrexate(MTX) in active rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Forty-eight active rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomized into 2 groups with a ratio of 2∶ 1;32 patients in the treatment group were treated with Zhengbiguanjie tablet plus MTX,while 16 patients in the control group were administered with simulant of Zhengbiguanjie tablet plus MTX;the therapeutic course for both groups was 12 weeks.The efficacy,clinical symptoms,sighs and changes in biochemical examination results of the respective groups were observed for comparison.Results Compared to the control group,the clinical symptoms and signs were relieved earlier in the treatment group with biochemical examination results showing positive response to treatment.The total effective rate was 82.1%,89.3%,92.9% in the treatment group,and 53.8%,61.5%,84.6% in the control group at 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment respectively.Comparing the therapeutic effect between the two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhengbiguanjie tablet plus MTX treatment is characterized by quick initiating,with stable clinical efficacy and few side effects.It is better than MTX treatment alone.更多还原
