【摘要】 目的建立复方独活胶囊的含量测定方法。方法以蛇床子素和二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯为含量测定指标,采用HPLC分析方法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-水(52∶48)为流动相,检测波长为330 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1 mL/min。结果蛇床子素和二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯分别在0.00332 mg/mL-0.166 mg/mL(r=0.9998)、0.00032 mg/mL-0.016 mg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率分别为96.40%(RSD=0.96%)、95.92%(RSD=1.28%)(n=6)。结论该方法快速、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于复方独活胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a quantitative method for determination of Radix Angelicae Pubescentis compound capsule by HPLC analysis.Methods The samples were separated at 30℃ on a Diamonsil C18MG(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).column eluted with acetonitrile-water(48:52) as the mobile phase.Flow rate was set at 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 330 nm.Number of theoretical plates not less than 6,000 count of Columbianadin peak.Results The calibration curve of osthole and Columbianadin were linear within the range from 0.00332 mg/mL to 0.166 mg/mL(r=0.9998),0.00032 mg/mL to 0.016 mg/mL(r=0.9998) showed a good linear,the average recovery were 96.40%(RSD=0.96%),95.92%(RSD=1.28%)(n=6).Conclusion The method is rapid,sensitive,reproducible and can be used for independent Radix Angelicae Pubescentis compound capsule quality control.更多还原
