【摘要】 目的观察速效降脂舒肝汤对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响及临床疗效。方法将140例非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者随机分为两组,观察组80例,口服速效降脂舒肝汤治疗。对照组60例,采用阿拓莫兰1.2 g加5%葡萄糖250 mL静脉点滴,口服熊去氧胆酸片治疗。8周后,观察两组患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均呈升高趋势,但观察组显著升高,与治疗前比较,有极显著性差异(P<0.01),与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组CD8+含量均呈下降趋势,但观察组明显降低,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率为96.3%,对照组总有效率为76.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论速效降脂舒肝汤对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者T淋巴细胞亚群有显著的影响,能增强患者机体的免疫应答能力,增加T淋巴细胞亚群活性,发挥抗炎与缓解疼痛的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the available lipid lowering Shugan decoction on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis in patients with T lymphocyte subsets and the clinical curative.Methods 140 cases of non-alcoholic fatty hepatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group 80 cases,orally quick-acting lipid-lowering Shugan decoction in treating.60 cases of the control group,using a extension of Mo Lan 1.2 g plus 5% glucose 250 mL Ⅳ drip and take ursodeoxycholic acid tablets.Observe two groups of patients before and after treatment of T lymphocyte subsets and clinical curative effect after 8 weeks.Results The two groups after the treatment,CD3 CD4,CD4 / CD8 showed a rising trend,but the observation group was significantly increased,compared with before treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.01),compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).In two groups after the treatment,CD8 content decreased,but the observation group was significantly reduced,compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05);in observation group,total effective rate was 96.3%,in control group,the total effective rate was 76.7%.Comparison of the two groups,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Available lipid lowering Shugan decoction on nonalcoholic fatty hepatitis T lymphocyte subsets has a significant effect,can enhance the patient’s immune response,increasing the activity of T lymphocyte,exerts anti-inflammatory and pain relief role.更多还原
