一株鸡呼吸型传染性支气管炎病毒的分离鉴定
Isolation and identification of a respiratory strain of avian infectious bronchitis virus
【摘要】 以2012年3月新郑市某蛋鸡场发生的一例疑似呼吸型传染性支气管炎病病鸡为研究对象,取剖检病鸡的气管和肺脏组织,经过无菌处理分离到一株病毒,为确定该病毒,应用病毒分离、血凝试验、鸡胚矮小化试验、干扰新城病毒复制试验、琼脂凝胶扩散试验,RT-PCR鉴定和动物回归试验方法鉴定,结果均符合鸡呼吸型传染性支气管炎病毒的生理特性.以上检查结果结合临床、剖检症状,确认该病毒就是鸡呼吸型传染性支气管炎病毒.
【Abstract】 In March,2012,there was a suspected respiratory strain of avian infectious bronchitis virus in a legehenne farm in Xinzheng,this trial is to isolate a strain of bronchitis virus from the trachea and lung tissue of the sick chicken with sterile processing,after serial passages in SPF embryonated chicken eggs,chicken embryo dwarf test,interference of Newcastle disease virus replication test,AGAR gels diffusion experiment,RT-PCR identification and animal regression test,the virus can be diagnosed is respiratory strain of avian infectious bronchitis virus.
