【Abstract】 PLC controller is used to realize the automatic control of industrial washing machine based on frequency conversion technology and sensor technology.The paper analyzed the problems in application and present situation of industrial washing machine and discussed the structure,operation principle,components selection and hardware circuit design of automatic control system.The design improved the automatic level of the industrial washing machine,simplified its mechanical structure greatly,reduced the failure rate and energy loss,and made up for the application deficiencies in the traditional industrial washing machine.更多还原
