红缘拟层孔菌发酵条件优化及菌丝化学成分定性分析

【摘要】 采用摇床培养的方法研究了红缘拟层孔菌菌丝生长的最佳碳源、氮源和pH值,并定性分析了菌丝体主要化学成分.结果表明:在测试条件下,最佳碳源为乳糖,最佳氮源为豆饼粉,最适pH为7.0.菌丝体中含有有机酸、还原糖、多糖、甾体及三萜类化合物、香豆素、挥发油等多种化学成分.本研究为红缘拟层孔菌的进一步开发利用奠定了基础.

【Abstract】 The best carbon source,nitrogen source and pH for the growth of Fomitopsis pinicola were studied using the method of shaking culture and the main chemical ingredients of the mycelia were qualitatively analyzed.The results suggested that under the tested conditions,the best carbon source,nitrogen source and pH were lactose,soybean cake powder and 7.0,respectively.The mycelia of F.pinicola contained organic acid,reducing sugar,polysaccharide,steroid and triterpenoid,coumarin,volatile oil and so on.The research lays the foundation for the further study and utilization of the fungus.
