不同灌水处理对麦田麦长管蚜种群动态的影响
Impacts of watering treatments on population dynamics of Macrosiphum miscanthi in winter wheat field
【摘要】 2011年春季对河南新乡洪门地区百农矮抗58小麦品种15个小区(2 m×2 m)连续11次(每周1次)进行麦长管蚜种群动态调查,发现4月中旬是麦长管蚜种群繁殖增长的关键期.从灌水处理上看,当灌水量达到45 mm时麦长管蚜发生量最大,百株平均蚜量50.6头;随着灌水量从0 mm到45 mm的增加,麦长管蚜的发生量呈现上升的趋势;灌水量超过45 mm后,麦长管蚜发生量明显下降.从发生时间看,在2011年4月14日时麦长管蚜的发生量达到了最高峰,百株平均蚜量166.6头;5月12日又达到次高峰.统计分析结果表明,不同灌水处理对麦长管蚜发生量的影响差异极其显著(P<0.01).
【Abstract】 Eleven investigations were carried out on the spring of 2011 in Hongmen,Xinxiang,Henan for details of population dynamics of Macrosiphum miscanthi in field of winter wheat Bainong AK58 under 5 different watering treatments with 3 reduplications.The experimental plot is squared area of 2 m×2 m,surrounding by cement walls and without a bottom.The result shows that the mid-April is the critical phase for the growth of population of M.miscanthi.When the watering treatment is 45 mm by irrigation,the population size of M.miscanthi is maximal with each 100-stems wheat containing 50.6 individuals.Lesser than this level,the population of M.miscanthi is gradually increasing as the irrigation rises;More than this level,the population fells down sharply.The peak of M.miscanthi population occurred on April 14th,with the mean of 100-stems wheat containing 166.6 individuals.The sub-peak occurred on May 12th.The population sizes of M.miscanthi under different watering treatments are significantly different(P<0.01).
