基于模糊方法和前馈补偿的汽包水位控制方法

【摘要】 将入口烟气流量和温度参数引入到余热锅炉汽包水位的控制算法中进行前馈补偿,采用模糊控制方法,设计了2个模糊控制器.控制器的流量修正值与传统蒸汽流量前馈修正值一起,对水位调节回路上的传统串级三冲量PID控制器的给水流量值进行修正.在纯低温余热发电站上以二级控制的方式进行试验,结果表明:该方法在水泥余热锅炉入口烟气温度和流量的大幅变化条件下仍能保持汽包水位的稳定,稳定性明显高于传统PID控制.

【Abstract】 The flow rate and temperature were introduced into the control algorithm of drum water level of waste heat boiler.Based on fuzzy control,two fuzzy controllers were designed.In this scheme,the output amendments of water flow from the two controllers and the feed-forward amendment of main steam flow modify the water flow setting value from traditional cascade three impulses PID proportional-integral-derivative controller in the water level regulation loop.It was applied and tested in a waste heat power generation plane.The result demonstrates that the stability of the drum water level can still maintain in the substantial changes of the cement waste heat boiler inlet flue gas temperature and flow conditions.The control result of drum water level in fuzzy feed-forward control is better than in conventional PID control.
