不同含量乙醇汽油泡点/露点曲线模拟及应用
Simulations and applications of bubble/dew curve for different ethanol-gasoline blends
【摘要】 为研究乙醇含量对乙醇汽油闪急沸腾的影响,建立了基于离散组分假设的乙醇汽油模型,采用Peng-Robinson物性方法及相平衡方程,通过Aspen Plus软件计算了不同乙醇含量的乙醇汽油的泡点/露点曲线,并对直喷汽油机(GDI)使用E10(乙醇体积分数10%)的闪急沸腾喷雾进行预测.计算结果表明:泡点压力随乙醇含量的增加逐渐降低,较低的乙醇含量(体积分数小于30%)有效地拓宽了燃油的两相区域,而高乙醇含量的燃油两相区域变窄.同时运用泡点曲线可以有效预测闪急沸腾现象.
【Abstract】 An ethanol-gasoline model based on discrete fuel assumption was established to analyze the influence of ethanol proportion on flash boiling.Bubble/dew curves of different fuels were calculated by Aspen Plus using Peng-Robinson method and phase equilibrium.Flash boiling of GDI(gasoline direct injection) fueled with E10 was predicted.Results showed that bubble pressure decrease while the ethanol proportion increase.And low ethanol proportion may border two-phase region,while P-T curve became narrow at high proportion.Also bubble point curve can effectively predict the flash boiling sprays.
