【摘要】 "温州模式"是一种特殊的经济发展方式,所塑造的镇村空间也具有相应的特征。该文以温州模式的发源地柳市镇为例,研究了在"温州模式"经济发展背景下浙南旧镇村土地使用、空间发展演化的典型特征与问题;筛选出若干影响用地与空间演化的作用因子,用"层次分析法"(Analytic Hierarchy Process)来确定因子权重,一定程度摆脱了定性分析阶段的盲目性,并结合GIS空间分析进行多因子叠加,得出空间综合质量评价图;在此基础之上提出旧镇村空间改造的优化策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The "WenZhou mode" is a special mode of economic development, the space of towns and villages in this way also have a corresponding feature, LiuShi town of WenZhou in Zhejiang Province is the birthplace of "WenZhou mode" .
