【摘要】 我国广大的农村由于农村住宅缺乏专业的节能设计,大多数建筑能源浪费严重,人居环境恶劣。和北方采暖地区相比,夏热冬冷地区的能耗调研数据较少。该文以杭州为例,通过实地问卷调研的方式,分析杭州市周边三个典型农村的人居环境和能耗状况。同时,采取计算机模拟和实地测试的方式全面评价其人居环境,发现现有农村住宅的诸多问题,提出改善措施,为可持续发展的杭州市新农村人居环境规划建设提供依据,也为社会主义新农村建设提供新的发展思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are many rural building in China,most of them have high energy consumption without good energy saving design.The investigation of energy consumption in hot summer and cold winter regions is less than cold winter regions.Based on this current situation,questionnaires are delivered to three typical village.It is used to show the living environment and energy consumption in Hangzhou.Computer simulation and experiment are used to evaluate the living environment.Proper measure should be taken to improve the living environment of new countryside in Hangzhou.Furthermore,the achievement of the research will be beneficial to the development of Chinese new country construction.更多还原
