【摘要】 以风险管理理论与方法为基础,采用文献资料调研、专家访谈、问卷调查、现场调查、逻辑分析、数理统计等方法,结合福建省游泳场馆救生员现状,研究救生员风险及游泳场馆溺死问题,旨在建立游泳场馆安全管理体系。结果表明,游泳场馆救生员风险源包括13个风险因素,福建省游泳场馆救生员面临7个主要风险因素,游泳场馆可以采用风险避免、风险控制、风险转移和风险自留四种方法应对救生员风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to build a swimming pool complex safety management system,the complex drowning problems in swimming center have been studied by means of Literature information,expert interview,questionnaires,field investigation,logical analysis,mathematical statistics,et al.The results show that there are 13 risk induced factors in swimming pool.There are 7 main risk factors in swimming pool safety management of FuJian province.Four ways can be adopt to solve these risk problems,they are risk avoiding,risk control,risk transfer and risk acceptance.更多还原
