气相色谱法同时测定茶叶中3种有机磷农药残留

【摘要】 采用乙酸乙酯和丙酮混合液(1:1,v:v)提取,石墨化炭固相萃取柱净化方法,乙酸乙酯和丙酮混合液(1:1,v:v)浓缩定容,配有火焰光度检测器(FPD)的气相色谱仪同时测定茶叶中灭线磷、地虫硫磷、甲基硫环磷等农药残留,3种有机磷农药在DP-1701P色谱柱上得到很好的分离效果,添加回收率在85.5~108.5%,最小检出浓度为0.01~0.04 mg.kg-1,可满足实际工作需要。

【Abstract】 Using ethyl acetate and acetone mixture(1:1,V:V) extraction,graphite carbon solid phase extraction column purification method,ethyl acetate and acetone mixture(1:1,V:V) concentration constant volume,equipped with a flame photometric detector(FPD) of gas chromatography for simultaneous determination of Ethoprophos,Fonofos,Posfolan-methyl in tea sample,3 organic phosphorus pesticides in the DP-1701P column has good separation effect,added recovery rate was 85.5 ~ 108.5%,the minimum detectable concentration is 0.01 ~ 0.04 mg / kg,can satisfy the needs of practical work..
