【摘要】 目的总结分析卧龙区免费婚前医学检查结果,探讨适宜发展的婚检新模式。方法根据2001-2011年婚前医学检查相关资料进行统计分析。结果①免费一站式婚前医学检查使婚检率明显提高,从5.9%提高到78%;②以应检人数为基数,疾病检出率显著提高,从0.038%增加到7.2%。结论免费一站式婚检的服务模式能显著提高婚检率和疾病检出率,有利于优生工作和疾病预防,有利于提高婚姻质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and summarize free pre-marital medical examination in Wolong district and to explore a suitable new pattern.Methods A statistic analysis was performed based on the 2010-2011 data gathered from premarital medical examination.Results ①the one-stop free service increases pre-marital medical examination rate significantly,from 5.9% to 78%;②Disease detection rate is also increased significantly,from 0.038% to 7.2%.Conclusions The one-stop free service model can significantly improve the pre-marital examination rate and disease detection rate,is beneficial to disease prevention and improves the quality of marriage.更多还原
