【摘要】 目的了解郑州市大学生对正畸治疗的客观需要和主观需求。方法对郑州市1 869名大学生发放调查表进行错合畸形调查,通过问卷调查获得他们对正畸治疗需要的意识。结果 22.1%轻度需要正畸治疗,41.8%中度需要正畸治疗,31.0%明显需要正畸治疗,4.1%非常需要正畸治疗;28.1%同意或正在矫正,仅14.3%的学生清楚错合不利于健康。结论郑州市大学生错合畸形率较高,多数需要正畸治疗,但矫正意识较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze subjective orthodontic treatment need of college students and their cognition to orthodontic treatment in Zhengzhou.Methods The material consisted of study casts and questionnaires collected from 1869 collegiate students.The need for orthodontic treatment and questionnaires were used in assessing demand for orthodontic treatment.Results The results also surgested that 22.1% of the collegiate students had little need(Grade 2) of orthodontic treatment,41.8%moderate need(Grade 3),31.0%great need(Grade 4),and 4.1% of the collegiate students had very great need for orthodontic treatment(Grade 5).28.1 % of the collegiate students accept the treatment or are being cured;14.3% know the unnormal teeth do harm to their health.Conclusions The study implicates the subject need of orthodontic treatment of students is high but the objective demand of orthodontic is relative low.更多还原
