【摘要】 目的探讨联合手术和单一手术对功能性便秘(FC)的治疗效果。方法回顾分析郑州大学第一附属医院2008-2010年手术治疗FC病例资料,根据手术情况分为单一手术组和联合手术组,对比分析两组排便性状、排便次数、排便时间、自觉排便困难程度等。结果单一手术方式和多种方式联合手术治疗FC术后3个月排便次数、排便时间、大便性状、自觉排便困难程度均无差异(P>0.05);术后6个月时,排便时间联合手术组优于单一手术组(P<0.01)。术后12个月时排便次数和大便性状两组无差异(P>0.05),但排便时间和自觉排便困难程度联合手术优于单一手术组(P<0.01)。结论联合手术治疗FC远期效果优于单一手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of the combined operation and the single operation in treatment of functional constipation(FC).Methods The patients who received surgical treatment for FC between 2008-2010 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were divided into two groups,the single operation group and the combined operation group according to operative situations.The clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed after operation 3 months,6 months,12 months about Stool characteristics,frequency of defecation,time of defecation and degree of difficulty in defecation.Results The stool characteristics,frequency of defecation,time of defecation and degree of difficulty in defecation after operation 3 months was insignificantly changed(P>0.05) between the single operation group and the combined operation group.The time of defecation after operation 6 months of the single operation group was higher than that of the combined operation group(P<0.01).The time of defecation and degree of difficulty in defecation after operation 12 months of the single operation group was higher than thoso of the combined operation group(P<0.01).Conclusions Long-term treatment effects of combined operation group is superior to single operation group.更多还原
