Tenax-TA吸附联合气相色谱-质谱仪测定密闭环境苯系物
Tenax-TA Adsorption Combined Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry for Monitoring BTX in Airtight Environment
【摘要】 目的探讨Tenax-TA吸附管对密闭环境中苯系物的吸附性能。方法依据《室内空气质量标准》总挥发性有机物的测定方法和美国EPA TO-17标准方法,用Tenax-TA吸附管对配制的苯系物标准气体进行采样,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果该方法对苯系物测定的相对标准偏差在4.50%~9.51%之间,苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯的最低检出浓度分别为0.04,0.65,0.50和1.60μg/m3。当采样体积不大于3 L时,Tenax-TA采样管没有穿透现象发生,苯系物通过Tenax-TA管吸附采样后在室温下可以保存40 d。结论 Tenax-TA吸附管对苯系物具有良好的吸附性能,而且设备简单,样品保存时间长,适合于一些特殊环境中气体的采集。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the adsorption performance of Tenax-TA tube to Benzene,Toluene,P-xylene,O-xylene in airtight environment.Methods Instruments methods were established according to Indoor Air Quality Standard and EPA TO-17 method of USA.BTX standard samples were collected with Tenax-TA adsorption tube.Qualitative and quanlysis analysis of spectrums were made respectively with retention time and peak area.Results The relative standard deviation of Benzene,Toluene,P-xylene,O-xylene was 4.50%~9.51%.The minimum detectable concentration of Benzene,Toluene,P-xylene,O-xylene were detected,which were 0.04,0.65,0.50,1.60 μg/m3 respectively.When sampling volume was not more than 3 L,the breakthrough did not happen.The storage time of Tenax-TA tube with BTX was 40 d at indoor temperature.Conclusion Tenax-TA tube has good adsorption to BTX.The simple equipment and long storage time of sample made the gas-collecting in special environment possible.
