【摘要】 普通高校学生党员发展工作中还比较普遍地存在投入力量不足、学生入党动机功利性倾向严重、不同年级学生党员比例失衡和学生党员先锋模范作用发挥欠佳等问题。其主要原因是:认识不到位,培训教育不到位,工作程序不到位。解决问题应从提高思想认识、完善工作机制、强化培训教育、规范发展程序、加强队伍建设等方面着手。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are some problems existed in the student Party member development work in general universities,such as inputs forces insufficient,serious motivation utilitarian tendency for students joining the Party,the proportion imbalances for different grade student Party members,the poor pioneer and model role playing for the student Party member and so on.The main reason is that the awareness is not in place,training education is not in place and the work program in not in place.To solve the problem should be enhancing ideological understanding,improve working mechanisms,strengthening training and education,standard development procedures,strengthen the team construction and other aspects.更多还原
