有限元法分析全髋关节置换术后股骨近端应力变化

【摘要】 目的通过有限元模型的建立及力学分析,探讨全髋关节置换术术后股骨近端应力变化。方法选取行单侧全髋关节置换术的24例患者作为研究对象,术前与术后对患髋摄X线正位片,其原始数据输入有限元软件建立二维有限元模型,并进行力学分析、绘制应力曲线进行比较。结果全髋关节置换术术后的股骨近端,外侧近段的应力略有改变,在远段应力略有增加,而在中段变化较大;内侧的应力在近段明显减小,而在远段改变不明显,应力沿股骨轴线的分布很不均匀。结论全髋关节置换术术后的股骨近端应力分布与术前相比有所改变。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the changes of femoral proximate stress after total hip arthroplasty through the finite element model and mechanics analysis.Methods Twenty-four patients received unilateral total hip arthroplasty were selected and their hip X-rays before and after surgeries were obtained.The original dates were all imput into the finite element software to establish the two-dimensional finite element model.The mechanics analysis and stress curves were compared respectively.Results After total hip arthroplasty,the stress of the close parts of lateral femoral proximate slightly changed.The stress of the distal parts of lateral femoral proximate were increased slightly.The stress of the middle parts of lateral femoral proximate greatly changed.The stress of the close parts of inner femoral proximate greatly decreased.The stress of the distal parts of inner femoral proximate did not obviously change.The stress distribution along the femoral axis were asymmetrical.Conclusion The stress distribution of femoral proximate changes after total hip arthroplasty.
