卫矛总黄酮滴丸制备工艺研究

【摘要】 目的研究卫矛总黄酮滴丸成型的最佳工艺。方法在单因素考察的基础上,以基质与药物比例、滴制时药液的温度、滴速、冷却剂的温度为考察因素,以滴丸的外观、丸重差异、溶解时限为考察指标,设计正交试验考察滴丸成型的最佳工艺。结果基质与药物比例为3∶1,滴制时药液温度为80~85℃,滴速为15~20滴/分,冷却剂二甲基硅油的温度为20℃为最佳工艺条件。结论本实验筛选出了卫矛总黄酮滴丸制备的最佳工艺,制备的滴丸符合《中国药典》要求。

【Abstract】 Objective To study optimize factors of forming process of total flavonoids dropping pills from Euonymus Sacrosancta Koidz.Method Basing on single factor test,the orthogonal test was conducted with the ratio of bases and drugs,temperature of drops,drip velocity,temperature of coolant as investigation factors.Taking appearance of dropping pills,weight variation,time limit of dissolution as index,the formulation and technique of the dropping pills were optimized by the orthogonal experiment.Results The optimized preparation conditions were as follows: the ratio of bases and drugs was 3∶ 1,temperature of mixture was 80~85℃,dropping speed was 15~20 drops/min,liquid paraffin of 20 ℃ was optimal refrigerant.Conclusion The formation technology of dropping pills selected by the text is feasible and complies with the quality requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoiea.
