【摘要】 目的研究皮肤镜在诊断色素性疾病方面的应用。方法回顾性分析2002年1月至2006年12月470例经病理证实的色素性疾病的皮肤镜所见。结果在470例皮损中有108例Clark痣,179例脂溢性角化病,128例基底细胞癌,50例恶性黑素瘤,5例蓝痣。其中,利用皮肤镜的模式分析法93.6%的脂溢性角化病得到正确诊断,93.3%的基底细胞癌、83.5%的恶性黑素瘤、91.2%的蓝痣得到正确诊断。结论皮肤镜为不同色素性疾病的鉴别提供诊断依据,对不同色素性皮损诊断的敏感性和特异性很高,可以提高色素性疾病的正确诊断率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the use of dermoscopy for the diagnosis of pigmented lesions in China.Methods Digital dermoscopic images of pigmented cutaneous lesions in which histopathology had been performed and were included in our database during the period between 1 January 2002 and 30 December 2006 were reviewed.Results Among 470 lesions,there were 108 clark nevi,179 seborrhoeic kerotoses,128 basal cell carcinomas,50 melanomas,and 5 blue nevi.96.3% of seborrhoeic keratoses,93.3% of basal cell carcinomas,83.5% melanomas,91.2% of blue nevi,82.0% of clark nevi were correctly diagnosed by using pattern analysis.Conclusion Dermoscopy can lead to an early and accurate diagnosis of melanoma and other cutaneous tumors,thereby significantly reducing the number of unnecessary excisions.更多还原
