【摘要】 国外从20世纪70年代就开展预涂型锁固密封胶的研究及应用工作,因其可部分代替液态型厌氧胶,提高汽车等机械行业生产自动化水平,国内也从上世纪80年代开展预涂型锁固密封胶的研究,并在东风汽车公司成功应用;预涂型锁固密封胶分溶剂型及水基型两大类,水基型具有安全环保等优势,本文概述了水基预涂型密封胶的国内外技术发展概况,主要对水基型预涂微胶囊厌氧锁固密封胶和单组分水基型预涂密封胶的研究、性能及应用情况作了简要的介绍和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the 70s of last century,other countries started to carry out the research and applications for pre-applied threadlocking sealant,because it could partially replace liquid anaerobic adhesive,improve the level of automation for automobile and other machinery industry.China started to do the research for pre-applied threadlocking sealant from the 80s of last century,which had been successful applied into Dongfeng Motor Corporation.There were two types of pre-applied threadlocking sealant,solvent and water-based.The water-based type had safety and environmental protection advantages.An overview of technology development in China and other countries of water based pre-applied sealants was given,it was a brief introduction and prospects on features and applications of water based pre-applied microencapsulated anaerobic threadlocking sealant and one component water based pre-applied sealant.更多还原
