【摘要】 目的研究土牛膝水提取物的抗炎效应。方法采用鸡蛋清诱导大鼠足跖肿胀、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、1%冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔渗出模型和热板法等4种急性炎症模型,观察土牛膝提取物的抗炎作用。结果土牛膝提取物对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、鸡蛋清引起的大鼠足跖肿胀以及急性炎症导致的腹腔毛细血管通透性均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中,土牛膝提取物低、高剂量组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论土牛膝水提取物具有较强的抗炎效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the anti-inflammatory effects of Achyranthes aspera extracts.METHODS Four kinds of animal models of acute experimental inflammation were used to examine the anti-inflammatory effects of Achyranthes aspera extracts,including the rat swelling foot induced by albumen,xylene-induced ear edema in mice,1% acetic acid-induced inflammatory exudation in the abdominal cavity of mice and the hot-board method.RESULTS Achyranthes aspera extracts produced obvious anti-inflammatory effects in all three kinds of animal models.There were significant differences between Achyranthes aspera extracts low dose group,high dose group and the model group.CONCLUSION Achyranthes aspera extracts has obvious anti-inflammatory effects.更多还原
