【摘要】 目的对半灌木千斤拔进行生药学鉴别。方法采用基源鉴别法、性状鉴别法、显微鉴别法鉴别半灌千斤拔。结果半灌木千斤拔原植物为半灌木,单叶互生,叶面几无毛;总状花序顶生,苞片蚌壳状,蝶形花白色。药材根呈长圆柱形,表面灰棕色;断面皮部棕褐色,木部宽广,类白色或淡黄棕色,有明显的放射状纹理。根横切面的皮层薄壁细胞内含红棕色物质;大型的分泌腔散在于皮层和韧皮部中。药材粉末中可见棕色块、草酸钙方晶、晶鞘纤维及含棕色物的薄壁细胞。结论鉴别特征明显、稳定,可作为鉴别半灌木千斤拔的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To identify the pharmacognostic characteristics of Flemingia fruticulosa.METHODS The resource,crude drug traits and microscopic features of Flemingia fruticulosa were studied.RESULTS Flemingia fruticulosa was a subshrub with alternate simple leaves which were almost hairless;its raceme grew on top of the branch,its bracts looked like clam shells,its papillionaceous flowers were white.Roots of its crude drug were long-cylindrical,grayish brown on surface;fracture section of the roots showed a brown dermal part and a broad woody part which were off-white or pale yellowish brown and displayed distinct radial texture.In cross section of the roots,cortical parenchyma cells contained reddish brown substances;large secretory cavities were scattered in the cortex and phloem.Within the powder of the crude drug,aggregated brown substances,square crystals of calcium oxalate,crystal-sheath fibers and parenchyma cells containing brown materials were seen.CONCLUSION The above features are obvious and stable and can serve as references for the identification of Flemingia fruticulosa.更多还原
