【摘要】 目的分析肿瘤患者外周血中自然杀伤T(NKT)细胞数量变化,并与自然杀伤(NK)细胞比较,探讨血中这两种细胞水平的临床应用价值。方法采用流式细胞术分析111例肿瘤患者血中这两种细胞含量,分为肠癌、膀胱癌和肝癌等9组,并与27例正常对照组比较,用SPSS 13.0软件统计分析。结果化疗后肿瘤患者的血中NKT细胞含量较对照组高;NK细胞含量化疗后较化疗前低,接近正常对照组水平。不同类型肿瘤患者这两种细胞存在差异。乳腺癌患者的NKT水平和肠癌患者NK细胞水平较高。结论肿瘤患者外周血中的NKT与NK细胞水平,在疗效监测上有重要临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the number changes of natural killer T(NKT) lymphocytes in peripheral blood of cancer patients and compare with natural killer(NK) cells to evaluate the clinical application of NKT and NK cells.Method Totally 111 cancer patients were divided into nine groups(intestinal cancer,bladder carcinoma,liver cancer and so on)and 27 healthy adults were compared as the control group.The data were analyses by SPSS 13 package.Results The level of NKT cells in cancer patients after chemotherapy were significantly higher than that of control group.The level of NK cells after chemotherapy were lower than before,and close to control group.The levels of NKT and NK cells were significantly different in different kinds of cancer.The level of NKT in breast cancer and NK in intestinal cancer were higher than others.Conclusion There is an important clinical value for NKT and NK cells detection in peripheral blood of cancer patients.更多还原
