甲醇羰基化过程中铑催化剂的迁移行为
Mass Transfer Behavior of Supported Rh Catalyst during Methanol Carbonylation
【摘要】 本文研究了甲醇羰基化过程中铑催化剂的的迁移行为,通过铑催化剂的迁移行为模型可以解释甲醇羰基化过程中的铑流失、铑催化剂再分布与聚集等重要的催化剂行为特性。铑催化剂进行了50h的连续实验并对催化过程中铑的流失量进行检测。利用X射线光电子能谱及透射电镜对铑催化剂的再分布及聚集现象进行了详细表征和研究,并将实验数据与铑催化剂的迁移行为进行了关联研究。
【Abstract】 Transfer behavior of supported Rh catalyst during methanol carbonylation process was investigated and the mechanistic model was established.Rh species leaching and redispersion can be interpreted through this model.Supported Rh catalyst was tested for 50h and the leaching of Rh species was detected in the liquid product.The dispersion state of Rh catalyst was characterized by XPS and TEM.The information is discussed relevant to transfer behavior of supported Rh species.
