【Abstract】 The single-drop microextraction is a new environmentally benign sample pretreatment technique;it incorporates extraction and concentration into a single step.The technique is noted for its features such as low cost,simple equipment,minimal requirements of organic solvents and high extraction efficiency.In this paper,the theory and modes of single-drop microextraction were described,and the factors affecting the efficiency of enrichment were discussed.The applications of the technology coupled with atomic absorption spectrometry,gas chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography and so on were introduced.更多还原
