单滴微萃取技术的研究及应用进展

【摘要】 单滴微萃取是一种新型、环境友好的样品前处理技术,它集萃取、富集于一体,具有成本低、装置简单、易于操作、有机溶剂用量少以及富集效率高等特点。本文对单滴微萃取技术的原理和模式进行了阐述,讨论了影响富集效率的各种因素,并总结了该技术与原子吸收光谱法、气相色谱法和高效液相色谱法等联用的应用现状。

【Abstract】 The single-drop microextraction is a new environmentally benign sample pretreatment technique;it incorporates extraction and concentration into a single step.The technique is noted for its features such as low cost,simple equipment,minimal requirements of organic solvents and high extraction efficiency.In this paper,the theory and modes of single-drop microextraction were described,and the factors affecting the efficiency of enrichment were discussed.The applications of the technology coupled with atomic absorption spectrometry,gas chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography and so on were introduced.
