【Abstract】 Chalcone is an important intermediate for synthesizing flavones,and itself shows a wide variety of pharmaceutical activities.The cross-aldol condensation of acetophenone with salicylaldehyde and 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde and 5-nitrosalicylaldehyde respectively was catalyzed by a dilute sodium hydroxide solution at 75~80℃ in 1.5 h.Twe novel substituted chalcone compounds were synthesized,and their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis,IR,1H NMR and MS spectra.更多还原
