厄贝沙坦荧光猝灭法测定化妆品中痕量汞
Determination of Mercury in Cosmetics Based on Fluorescence Quenching
【摘要】 依据汞对厄贝沙坦的荧光具有猝灭的特性,建立了一种测定痕量汞的新方法。该方法的最大激发波长为280nm,最大发射波长为377nm,线性范围为0.04~0.60mg/L,相关性系数为0.9980,检出限为0.0139 mg/L,对于0.13 mg/L汞标准溶液测定10次的相对标准偏差为0.415%。该方法用于化妆品中痕量汞的测定,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 A new method for the determination of trace amounts of mercury was developed.This method was based on the quenching of fluorescence of irbesartan due to the formation of the complex Hg2+-irbesartan.The exitation and emission wavelengths were found to be 280 nm and 377 nm,respectively.There was a linear relationship in the range of 0.04~0.60 mg/L for Hg2+ and the correlative coefficient was 0.9980.The detection limit was 0.0139 mg/L for Hg2+.The RSD was 0.415%(n=10) for 0.13 mg/L Hg2+.This method is simple and rapid,and can be applied to the determination of mercury in cosmetics with satisfactory results.
