1-(2,3-二羟丙基)-2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑的合成研究
Preparation of 1-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-2-methyl-5-nitroimidazole
【摘要】 以5-甲基-2-硝基咪唑和环氧氯丙烷为起始原料,通过烷基化反应、开环反应制得标题化合物,总收率86.0%。该方法原料易得,步骤简单,条件温和,适合工业化生产。
【Abstract】 1-(2,3-Dihydroxypropyl)-2-methyl-5-nitroimidazole was synthesized from 2-methyl-5-nitroimidazole and epichlorohydrin used as raw materials via alkylation reaction and ring-opening reaction.The proposed method is feasible to synthesize the title compound with 86.0% overall yield.
